June 28, 2004 Bluestar Health Completes Acquisition of Mississippi Clinics Bluestar Health Inc., a physical therapy and rehabilitation services company formerly part of Taurus Entertainment Companies Inc., closed its acquisition of two outpatient physical therapy clinics in Jackson (Mississippi) on June 16, 2004. The acquisition consisted of an undisclosed combination of stock and cash.
