Alliance Human Services & Sub-Contractor Illinois MENTOR To Exit Illinois Foster Care Contracts

In March 2015, the Alliance Human Services Inc. and its sub-contractor, Illinois MENTOR, a partner of The MENTOR Network, notified the Illinois Department of Children and Families (DCFS) that they planned to exit their foster care contracts. Non-profit Alliance Human Services provides specialized foster care for children in DCFS custody.
