Prior to retiring in 2014, William Holicky, MSW, ACSW served as Chief Executive Officer for The House of The Good Shepherd in New York for thirty-six years. He brings extensive experience in innovation, diversification, strategic planning and positioning, and design and implementation of quality programs and services to his role as a Senior Advisor for OPEN MINDS.

Robert Sonntag is the President and Owner of USA Development Holdings LLC and Commercial International Real Estate & Management Group, LLC. With over 30 years of executive management experience in the development and sustainability of operational service areas, he joins OPEN MINDS as a Senior Advisor.

As a Senior Advisor at OPEN MINDS, Marian Sutton brings experience working with managed care organizations from her previous role as a Senior Director in the Helath Plan Division at Express Scripts, Inc. Her work in the development of strategic plans and marketing strategies for health care organizations will be extremely valuable to the OPEN MINDS team and their clients.

Prior to joining OPEN MINDS as a Subject Matter Expert, Michael Varadian served as the Senior Vice President and National Director of Health Reform at Providence Service Corporation. He has over thirty years of senior leadership experience in public and private sector health care and behavioral health operations, development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), managed care, integrated care, health reform, regulations, policy, and health law.

Natasha Walsh is a senior executive leader experienced in guiding organizations through critical development and improvement initiatives. She previously served as Chief Learning Officer at Providence Service Corporation. Among her many accomplishments were the development of a Corporate University, creating a learning culture focused on quality outcomes and positive results, and establishing an award winning Leadership Development program.

Mindy Klowden is the Director, Office of Healthcare Transformation at Jefferson Center for Mental Health. As an OPEN MINDS Advisory Board Member, she brings expertise in policy analysis, health care reform, and advocacy. She has worked with providers and agencies on behavioral health integration, program development, and health policy.
