ShelterCare Closes Secure Psychiatric Facility Heeran Center After Oregon Health Authority Suspension
On March 23, 2015, ShelterCare closed the Heeran Center Residence, a 16-bed secure psychiatric facility located in Eugene, Oregon, after the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) suspended the facility’s treatment license on March 2, 2015, following a series of inspection violations since October 2014.
