Home Care Worker Turnover Over 60% In 2014

During 2014, home care provider organizations in the United States reported a 61.6% median caregiver turnover rate; in 2013, the median caregiver turnover rate was 53.2%. Median caregiver turnover rates in 2014 varied regionally, with the lowest rate of 50.9% in the Pacific region to the highest rate of 88.7% in the Great Lakes region.
