July 5, 2004 APS Healthcare Awarded Two Contracts in Wyoming On June 23, 2004, APS Healthcare-Midwest (APS) announced that it had been selected by Wyoming's Office of Medicaid to manage two programs for Wyoming Medicaid/EqualityCare. The contracts will be administered and managed by APS Public Programs and will begin immediately with implementation for services on July 1, 2004.
