July 12, 2004 Johnson Named Deschutes County Mental Health Director Deschutes County Commission (Oregon) on Children and Families Executive Director Scott Johnson has been hired as the new Deschutes County Mental Health director, county officials announced on July 1, 2004. Mr. Johnson succeeds Gary Smith as director of the department.
