July 19, 2004 Disabled Fastest Growing Segment of Massachusetts Medicaid Program Providing health coverage and services for people with physical and mental disabilities is the largest and fastest growing part of Massachusetts's nearly $8 billion Medicaid program (MassHealth), according to a new policy report released on June 11, 1004, by the Massachusetts Medicaid Policy Institute (MMPI).
