July 23, 2007 Johnson County Iowa Board of Supervisors Names Kristen Artley Director of Mental Health Developmental Disabilities On July 12, 2007, the Johnson County, Iowa, Board of Supervisors named Kristen Artley as director of Mental Heath/Developmental Disabilities (MHDD). Ms. Artley will take over the position on September 17, 2007. She will lead the MHDD as it implements the aspects of its 2007-2009 strategic plan.
