July 24, 2006 Enrollment in Pennsylvania Cash & Counseling to Begin January 2007 The Pennsylvania Cash and Counseling program will begin enrolling individuals in January 2007. The date was set during a Cash and Counseling Advisory Committee meeting in May 2006 convened by the Governor’s Office of Health Care Reform. The committee discussed a revised work plan for implementation by the end of the grant period.
