August 1, 2005 California To Move Elderly, Blind, & Disabled From Medi-Cal To HMOs In 2007Governor Schwarzenegger's agreement with the federal government to shift 554,000 elderly, blind and disabled people from Medi-Cal to HMOs was announced Wednesday by his administration.
