August 14, 2006 Governor Blunt Names Three New Members to Missouri Mental Health Task Force Missouri Governor Matt Blunt appointed three new members to the Missouri Mental Health Task Force on August 1, 2006, based on recommendations from Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder, the task force co-chair. Governor Blunt created the intra-agency task force in June 2006, after several recent deaths in state-operated and private mental health facilities.
