August 21, 2006 Pennsylvania Reissues RFP for Rural Autism Services On August 13, 2006, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) re-released a Request for Proposal (RFP_052306) seeking providers to develop a pilot program of care and coordinated service delivery for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in rural areas of the state. Proposals submitted in response to the original procurement missed the mark.
