August 21, 2006 Tammy Seltzer Appointed National Council's Director of State Policy Tammy Seltzer has joined the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare (National Council) as director of state policy. Ms. Seltzer began her duties in late July and will provide expertise in coordinating state and federal policy initiatives. She will be part of the policy team led by Charles Ingoglia, the National Council's director of government relations. Ms. Seltzer is an attorney and most recently served with the Bazelon Center.
