August 30, 2004 NAATP Announces Plans for SECAD 2004 The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), a trade association representing over 260 providers of addiction treatment in the U.S. and internationally, announced on August 23, 2004, that it will continue the tradition that began nearly 30 years ago with the 2004 South East Conference on Addictive Diseases (SECAD), to be held in Atlanta (Georgia).
