Ohio County Drug and Alcohol Agencies Face Budget Cuts

September 3, 2001 Ohio County Drug and Alcohol Agencies Face Budget Cuts Five Ohio county agencies that provide drug and alcohol treatment services are facing budget cuts totaling nearly $200,000, a result of unexpected reductions in state funding. The agencies, which are funded by Trumbull Lifelines, are allocated money from the Ohio Department of Alcohol, Drug and Addiction Services. Trumbull Lifelines is the County alcohol, drug and mental health network. It plans, funds and monitors services for 23 agencies in the County.
