September 4, 2006 Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Creating Provider Report Card Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, is in the process of creating an on-line Provider Report Card to provide information to consumers about the organizations under contract with the county Office of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD). The report card is the result of an ordinance passed by the County Council on May 17, 2006. The ordinance, which directs the OMRDD to gather and report provider information, was signed by county executive Dan Onorato on May 24, 2006.
