October 3, 2005 Providence Services Corporation Announces Acquisition of Services in Georgia On August 22, 2005, the Providence Service Corporation (PSC) announced that it acquired the services of AlphaCare Companies (ACC). ACC, based in Georgia, consists of the AlphaCare Resources, Inc.(ACRI) and Transitional Family Services, Inc. (TSFI), corporations.
