October 8, 2001 Oregon Awards Employee Assistance Program The Oregon Department of Human Services announced in September 2001 that it has awarded an employee assistance program (EAP) contract to Cascade Centers, Inc. The contract period is July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, with the option to be amended for up to five years.
