October 11, 2004 Nebraska Behavioral Health Oversight Commission Created Senator Jim Jensen of the Nebraska Health and Human Services (HHS) Committee has created a Behavioral Health Oversight Commission for reform planning. The commission is to oversee the process of the Behavioral Health Implementation Plan and the transition of the Hastings Regional Center in the hope of the reformation of the adult behavioral health system.
