October 16, 2006 ResCare Acquires Illinois-Based AllWays Caring Services, Inc. On September 26, 2006, Rescare, Inc. announced that it had purchased the stock of Evanston, Illinois-based AllWays Caring Services, Inc. (AllWays) in a cash acquisition. The acquisition is expected to contribute up to $5 million in annual revenues. The purchase price was not disclosed. AllWays provides in-home personal care, physical assistance, private duty home care, and other services on a private pay basis. It was founded by Jane M.
