October 23, 2006 Poised for Growth, Newcomer Haven Behavioral Healthcare Acquires Remuda Ranch Haven Behavioral Healthcare Inc. (HBH), a new holding and operating company for specialty behavioral health care services, announced that it has acquired an Arizona-based eating disorders clinic, Remuda Ranch Company (Remuda), as its first operating unit. The acquisition was completed July 6, 2006 for an undisclosed amount. Remuda founder, Ward Keller, will remain as president and chief executive officer of the Arizona facility and will assist HBH in its growth strategy. Remuda provides intensive inpatient and residential programs for women and girls suffering from eating disorders . . .
