November 10, 2003 Maryland Devises Pilot Program for Aging and Disabilities Resource Centers Maryland Secretary of Aging Jean W. Roesser announced on October 6, 2003, that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services had awarded an $800,000 grant for the establishment of two resource centers in Maryland. Secretary Roesser said, “We are pleased to accept this substantial federal grant to design Maryland’s Aging and Disabilities Resource Center Program.
