November 25, 2002 Horizon To Acquire Integrated Insights Horizon Health Corporation (NASDAQ/NM:HORC) announced on November 19 that its Horizon Behavioral Services, Inc. (HBS), a subsidiary, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Health and Human Resource Center, Inc., doing business as Integrated Insights. The definitive agreement contemplates a stock purchase in which HBS will acquire all the capital stock of Integrated Insights which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HBS.
