December 3, 2001 Netsmart Technologies Awarded $1.2 Million Public Health Contract with San Diego County Netsmart Technologies, Inc. announced on November 27, 2001 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Creative Socio-Medics Corporation (CSM), signed a contract for $1.2 million with the San Diego County, Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Office of Public Health. Pursuant to this agreement, CSM will provide its Avatar Public Health (PH) product line and will use Palm Pilot technology.
