December 12, 2005 Workplace Options Acquires Partner, emindhealth, Inc. On October 17 2005, Workplace Options (WPO) announced the acquisition of managed network services provider, emindhealth, Inc. The merger integrates emindhealth's on-line network directory of 250,000 providers and provider management services into WPO's employee assistance programs (EAP). The 13.5 million people currently enrolled with WPO will now be able to access emindhealth's on-line provider referral tools and services.
