December 24, 2001 Baltimore to Provide Mobile Methadone Treatment Services REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Mobile Health Services, under contract with the Baltimore City Health Department, has launched a demonstration project in Baltimore, Maryland, to expand the city's mobile methadone treatment services.
