December 26, 2005 Magellan Health Services Announces $122 Million Acquisition of National Imaging Associates Magellan Health Services, Inc., (MHS) announced on December 13, 2005, that it has acquired National Imaging Associates, Inc., (NIA) for $122 million. Under the terms of the agreement, NIA, a radiology benefits management firm based in Hackensack, New Jersey, will become a subsidiary of MHS. The transaction should be complete by February 2006 and is expected to generate $58 million in revenue in 2006.
