Today was the final day of The 2012 OPEN MINDS Technology & Informatics Institute, and it has been a whirlwind couple of days. I saw some great EHR enhancements, new dashboard designs, a range of options for telehealth, internet-enabled therapy programs, remote monitoring systems, smartphone-delivered services, and much more!
So many new tech options, so many choices. And those many choices present the management dilemma...In my closing presentation, I discussed the three keys to surviving this quantum change in technology:
