One-Fifth Of Adults With Health Insurance Are Under-Insured
As of December 2014, about one-fifth of adults ages 19 to 64 with health insurance coverage are considered under-insured; they represent approximately 31 million of the 131 million insured adults in this age group. People are considered under-insured if their out-of-pocket costs or deductibles are high relative to their income.
