Administration For Children & Families: Overview Of ‘Systems to Family Stability National Policy Academy’

On May 4, 2015, the seven states were selected to participate in the 18-month Family Stability National Policy Academy sponsored by the Administration for Families and Children (ACF), Office of Family Assistance (OFA). On February 18, 2015, OFA released a request for nominations open to all state Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) agencies. Nominations were accepted through March 17, 2015. OFA launched the Academy to help the states improve TANF participation rates, and workforce participation rates.
