Massachusetts Raising Human Service Contract Rates Starting July 1, 2015

On July 1, 2015, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) will raise human service contract reimbursement rates from 0.45% to 3.75%, with the lower rate for services where a rate had been developed within the past three years, but not reviewed timely. The higher rate is for services for which no rate has been developed or reviewed since 2008. EOHHS is increasing reimbursement rates and developing and reviewing rates in compliance with January 2015 court order to fully implement a 2008 law related to rate development and review.
