San Diego County RFP 6182 Seeking Mobile In-Home Outreach Team Services For North Inland, North Coastal, and North Central Regions

The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) awarded $9 million for two contracts to expand mobile in-home outreach team (IHOT) services countywide; the contracts were awarded to Mental Health Systems and to Telecare. For the IHOT program, mobile teams provide in-home outreach and engagement services to adults age 18 and older with severe mental illness (SMI) who are reluctant to seek outpatient mental health services and to their family members or caretakers.
