DOJ Says Virginia Delay To Medicaid Waiver Reform Prevents Compliance With Developmental Disability Settlement
On June 15, 2015, the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) expressed concern that the Commonwealth of Virginia was not moving quickly enough to improve its community-based developmental disability services as required by a DOJ settlement agreement.
