Average 2015 Premium Up 2% For Benchmark Health Insurance Plans Over 2014 Average Premium
The average 2015 health insurance premium cost for benchmark silver plans sold on the federal Health Insurance Marketplace increased by 2% above the 2014 premium cost. The average premium increase was lower in counties with more health plan options available on the federal Health Insurance Marketplaces.
