Milwaukee County Cancels RFP For Acute Behavioral Health Care Services

On October 2, 2015, the Behavioral Health Division (BHD) of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, canceled its request for proposals (RFP 2015-RFP-BHD-1000) to privatize the county’s publicly funded acute behavioral health care services. At its October 22, 2015, meeting, the Milwaukee County Mental Health Board began discussing the county’s next steps to privatize the services.
