Los Angeles County Mental Health & Tarzana Treatment Center Launch Real-Time Patient Data Sharing

In September 2015, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) and Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. (TTC) launched an integrated care initiative that allows behavioral health clinical professionals and primary care physicians to share patient data in real time. TTC will share data about its clients' co-occuring physical health conditions and medications with a county-run mental health center and the county-run mental health center will share treatment history data with TTC.
