California & CMS Announce Conceptual Agreement On 1115 Waiver Renewal
On October 31, 2015, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the California Department of Health Care Services announced they reached an agreement on the major concepts of the state’s 1115 Medicaid waiver renewal called “Medi-Cal 2020.” The waiver requested funding of $6 billion over five years to test four key components
