Hancock County, Ohio Board Of DD Hires REM Ohio To Recruit Foster Homes For Adults

In November 2015, the Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Ohio and Blanchard Valley Center launched a contract with REM Ohio, a partner of The MENTOR Network, to help increase the number of Blanchard Valley Center clients receiving services through Ohio Shared Living (formerly called adult foster care). The initial contract term is valued at up to $5,000 annually. REM Ohio will recruit and train new shared living providers and match them with Blanchard Valley Center clients.
