Medicaid Managed Care Spending At 45% of Total Medicaid Funding, Up From 36% In 2014

During federal fiscal year (FFY) 2015, Medicaid managed care spending was $238 billion, about 45.3% of the $525.7 billion in total Medicaid spending in FFY 2015 by all 50 states and six territories. In FFY 2014, Medicaid managed care spending of $181 billion represented about 36% of the total $467.4 billion in total Medicaid spending.
