Connecticut Preparing To Launch Family Stability Pay-For-Success Project
On February 16, 2016, the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) announced it was preparing to launch a Pay for Success (PFS) project called the “Connecticut Family Stability Project” to promote family stability and reduce parental substance use for DCF-involved families. For this project, DCF contracted with Social Finance as the intermediary and selected Family-Based Recovery (FBR) services as the intervention.
