Centerstone To Affiliate With Seven Counties In Kentucky In $310 Million Deal

On April 14, 2016, Centerstone and Seven Counties Services, a behavioral health care organization in Kentucky, announced plans to affiliate in a deal that will create a five-state, $310 million non-profit organization serving more than 150,000 people annually. The affiliation would create an organization with 181 locations in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The two organizations have started negotiating the terms of an affiliation agreement; the process is expected to take 60 to 90 days.
