Agave Health Gives 90-Day Notice To End New Mexico Behavioral Health Services
On April 1, 2016, non-profit Agave Health notified the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) and the state’s Centennial Care Medicaid managed care organizations that it would cease providing behavioral health services in the state after June 30, 2016. Agave Health launched operations in New Mexico in June 2013; it was founded by Southwest Behavioral Health Services, Inc., an Arizona-based non-profit behavioral health provider organization.
