Florida DCF Lead Child Welfare Agency For Panhandle Region Up For Rebid

On August 25, 2016, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) released an invitation to negotiate (ITN-01FS18001) to rebid the child welfare Community-Based Care lead agency contract for Circuit 1 in the Northwest Region. The region includes Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties in the panhandle area of the state. The incumbent to the contract since 2001, is FamiliesFirst Network (FFN), a program of Lakeview Center. The current annual contract value is nearly $46.2 million. As of May 2016, FFN provided CBC services to 1,932 children.
