Harris’ Healthcare Group Acquires CoCENTRIX Pro-Filer & Care Management Platform

On August 26, 2016, Harris’ Healthcare Group (Harris) announced it acquired the assets of CoCENTRIX, Inc. The acquisition included the CoCENTRIX Pro-Filer and Coordinated Care Platform (CCP), which provide electronic health record, practice management, and case management solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Development, sales, and support for CoCENTRIX products will continue to be provided from the company’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.
