Perimeter Healthcare Acquires WoodRidge Behavioral Care

Perimeter Healthcare, a new behavioral health provider organization, recently acquired WoodRidge Behavioral Care, which has operations in Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee. The acquisition included WoodRidge’s five residential treatment facilities, and three acute care programs for a total of 318 beds.

A portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners, Perimeter Healthcare was established in 2015. Its acquisition of WoodRidge was announced on September 15, 2016. The transaction closed on September 2, 2016, but financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
