West Virginia To Launch Tiered Foster Care Program

On November 1, 2016, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) Bureau for Children and Families will launch its first tiered program for therapeutic foster care. The bureau will refer children with severe needs to one of three types of family foster homes, depending on the children’s needs.
