CMS Rejects New Hampshire Medicaid Request To Add Work Requirements
New Hampshire Medicaid will not be implementing work requirements for beneficiaries enrolled in its New Hampshire Health Protection Program (NHHPP) and the NHHPP Premium Assistance demonstration project. The work requirements were proposed in the state's 1115 waiver amendment request, which was submitted on August 10, 2016.
