Texas Seeks Secured Community Residential Facility & Transitional Housing Services For Sex Offender Program

On November 2, 2016, the Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO), and Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) released a request for proposals (RFP 537-17-167788) seeking community residential and transitional housing for sexually violent predators (SVP). Housing is needed statewide, and the RFP noted that TCCO’s immediate need is in Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Travis counties. Proposals are due by February 1, 2017.
