Tennessee Medicaid Launches Behavioral Health Home Program
On December 1, 2016, the Tennessee Division of Health Care Finance & Administration (HCFA) and 21 behavioral health provider organizations launched the state’s Health Link program that creates behavioral health homes for TennCare Medicaid beneficiaries. Approximately 80,000 TennCare members have been attributed to a Health Link behavioral health home. The Health Link program provides comprehensive and coordinated behavioral health services.
